The short version
When you ask us for an offer, we keep the details you typed so we can contact you about your property. We use a standard analytics tool to understand how people use the site. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t hand it to other home buyers.
Information you give us
Our offer form asks for a property address, your name, phone number and email, and optionally your situation and preferred timeline. If you call, text or email us, we also keep whatever you choose to share in that conversation, such as details about the house, the mortgage or the people involved in the sale.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records some technical details when you visit: your browser type, device, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. If you arrive through an advertisement or a tagged link, we record the campaign labels in that link (for example utm_source or a Google click ID) along with the page where you first landed, so we can tell which advertising actually helps people find us.
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser to measure visits and to record when someone submits our form. Google processes that data under its own privacy terms. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Agreeing to be contacted is never a condition of selling to us.
Who else sees your information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our form-processing and storage services, our phone and email systems, and analytics providers, and only as needed for them to do that work. If you go forward with a sale, the details needed to close are shared with the attorneys and title company handling the transaction. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful for following up and for our business and legal records. If you would like us to delete your information, ask us and we will remove what we are not required to keep.
Security
